About

About HypoMe

HypoMe exists for a simple reason: most advice about sleep, focus, diet, and energy is written for an average person who isn’t you. The only way to know whether a change actually works for you is to test it on yourself — carefully, with a baseline and an honest look at the numbers.

The idea

Pick something you want to change. Decide how you’ll measure it. Record a few days of normal life as a baseline, then make the change and keep logging. When the experiment ends, HypoMe compares the two periods with real statistics and gives you a plain-language verdict — including how confident the data lets you be.

It’s the scientific method, shrunk to fit one person and a few weeks.

Why it exists

HypoMe started as a personal tool. Tracking apps were everywhere, but they mostly counted things — they didn’t answer questions. “Did cutting caffeine after 2pm actually help me sleep, or did I just feel like it did?” deserves a real answer, not a vibe. So the app was built around the question instead of the metric: a hypothesis, a baseline, a change, and a verdict.

What we believe

Your data is yours. Experiments and daily entries belong to you. Photos you attach never leave your device. You can export everything, and you can delete your account and its data outright.

Honesty over hype. A self-experiment that comes back inconclusive is a real result, and HypoMe will tell you so rather than dress up noise as a finding.

No feed, no followers. HypoMe is not a social network. The only sharing is opt-in and anonymous — aggregate results that help the next person calibrate, with no profile attached.

Not medical advice. HypoMe is a tool for structured curiosity, not a clinician. For anything involving medication, training load, or diet, talk to a qualified professional.
